Prerequisites

  • A Meta Business Account (create one at business.facebook.com)
  • A phone number that can receive SMS for verification
  • Your business details (name, address, website)

Create Your Account

Sign up for a free 14-day trial. No credit card required.

  1. 1.Go to aerostic.com and click "Start Free Trial"
  2. 2.Enter your business email and create a password
  3. 3.Verify your email address
  4. 4.Complete your business profile

Connect WhatsApp Business

~5 minutes

Link your WhatsApp Business Account using our embedded signup.

  1. 1.Go to Dashboard → Settings → WhatsApp
  2. 2.Click "Connect WhatsApp Business"
  3. 3.Log in with your Meta Business account
  4. 4.Create or select your WhatsApp Business Account
  5. 5.Register a phone number (or use your existing one)

Create Your First Template

~5 minutes

Templates are required for initiating conversations.

  1. 1.Navigate to Templates → Create New
  2. 2.Choose a category: Marketing, Utility, or Authentication
  3. 3.Write your message with {{variables}}
  4. 4.Submit for Meta approval (usually 24-48 hours)

Send Your First Message

Test your setup by sending a message.

  2. 2.Select your approved template
  3. 3.Enter a test phone number
  4. 4.Fill in the template variables
  5. 5.Click Send!
